My name is Joseph McGinnis II  #28 for Arizona State Football, but before the jersey, before the stadium lights, and before the roar of the crowd, I was just a kid from Frisco, Texas, chasing a dream that seemed bigger than me. I came to ASU as a walk-on, no scholarship, no guarantees, just a belief in myself and a willingness to outwork the odds. Walking on taught me what it means to grind: to wake up early, to train harder than anyone watching, to balance the weight of academics, athletics, and the quiet pressure of making something out of nothing. It built me. And it also taught me that the best victories come from the moments no one sees. My heart isn’t just on the field, it’s in the community. I carry a passion for helping those around me, especially here in The Valley. Whether it's mentoring young athletes, giving back through service, or just being present, I believe in using my platform to uplift. Football gave me a voice, now I want to use it to make a difference.

I’m Derek Eusebio, #83 for Arizona State Football, a walk-on from Dallas, Texas, where football isn’t just a sport, it’s a way of life. Growing up, the rhythm of my world was simple: faith, family, football. It’s a mindset that shaped me early on and continues to drive me today. I’ve been playing this game my whole life, not for the spotlight, but for the lessons — the discipline, the sacrifice, the brotherhood. Walking on at ASU wasn’t easy, but it gave me something deeper than recognition; it gave me resilience. Every practice, every play, every class, I’ve had to earn my place. It’s a constant grind, but that grind taught me to stay humble, stay hungry, and never take a single moment for granted. I know what it’s like to bet on yourself when no one else is watching. Now, I’m channeling that same drive into building a business , not just to support myself, but to give back to the people and communities that helped me become the man I am today.
